As Creative Marketing Video Specialist for Buz, I led all aspects of the in-house content production, managing a team of designers and video editors localized in the U.S. and China. I designed and produced many digital marketing assets using both editing and motion design. I also collaborated or assisted in managing external vendors such as content creators, influencers for KOL/KOC, user generated content and voice acting agencies. 

I closely collaborated with the international paid ads team to review the performances of all in-house productions. My team and I, with the fantastic contribution of other teams, reached a very low average CPI (Cost Per Install), lower than $0.5 on TikTok paid ads campaigns in 2023. 

I designed a full traditional media campaign for two train stations in Singapore that increased the local brand awareness. I also heavily contributed and supported cross-functional initiatives to build and grow the brand identity. I reviewed all type of creative production to maintain a consistent branding over all support and through all localized regions.
