As Project Manager for So Shape in Paris (France), I managed the in-house video production team. I designed and produced many digital marketing assets for multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat and Google. I led the production of videos, participating in filming, editing and animating with motion design. I also managed relationships with external vendors such as content creators, 3D artists and voice acting agencies.
I initiated the first video campaign for So Shape, by creating engaging creatives for the marketing team. I also designed and animated the first TV advertisement for the brand in a timely record of 2 weeks. This TV ad was broadcasted on national TV in France and performed well, gaining a lot of brand awareness, but also increasing the sales considerately in the following days after the beginning of the TV campaign. I worked closely with the Design Team to develop a new brand identity for So Shape, resulting in using 3D product visuals, and a more complex 3D world around the product in our advertising.
